If The Car Is Sinking Underwater, This Is What To Do To Survive!
Staying positive is important. However, life can throw unexpected curve-balls sometimes. You never know when you may find yourself in a scary and unexpected situation. Staying informed and being prepared for the worst is never a bad idea.
What if you find yourself in a trapped car? What if it’s underwater? Sounds unreal, but it can happen in catastrophic situations and unexpected accidents.
The pressure points on the window can save your life.
If you find yourself trapped, focus on the edges of the side windows. Yes, even if you are underwater, this is your best chance to escape.
There is a difference between your windows and windshield. Upon impact, your main windshield has been designed to crack and splinter, whereas your side windows are bound to shatter.
If you need to break a car window to escape, you may think the middle will be the best bet. The truth is that breaking the middle is the hardest.
Always keep a blunt object, such as a screwdriver or hammer, in your car. They may be the key to your freedom one day.
If you are trapped, grab the object and aim for the corners of your window. Act quickly. As the window breaks, you can find your quick escape.
We hope that you will never get into such a situation. If you do, however, you will be prepared.
