  • 5 tbsp royal jelly or royal jelly honey mixture
  • 5 tbsp organic coconut oil, melted
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao
  • 3 ½ tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • Sprinkle of sea salt and coconut palm sugar on top (once prepared mixture is ready to freeze)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients and then pour into ice cube trays. Freeze. Eat one daily.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t see a downside to including this magical elixir into my daily routine. I’ve mixed it with our daily turmeric boost and I’ve mixed it with Organifi for an amazingly soothing face mask. So easy – and edible too!
