How to Permanently Lose Weight With Juice Fasting

What is Juice Fasting?

To put it simply, juice fasting is when you consume only fresh (never pasteurized) vegetables and fruit in liquid form without the plant cellulose (insoluble fiber), while abstaining from food consumption for a few days up to several weeks.

Some people say that, at first, juice fasting provides tremendous success to their weight loss dreams, but then after it is over, they end up regaining everything they lost during their fast and it was useless. I disagree though, and I know many of you will probably agree with me once you learn how juice fasting can lead to permanent weight loss.

Whether you got where you are because of overindulgences, emotional eating, inactivity, simply not knowing a lot about which foods are healthy, or a combination of the above, juicing done right does more than simply cut out the chewing and calories.  

But even with my enthusiastic viewpoint on juicing, I’d like to share the single BIGGEST reason for failure so you know exactly what NOT to do…

Do NOT view your juice fast as a temporary, quick, one-time fix.

This thought process sets you up for failure, big time!

In order to have juice fasting lead to permanent weight loss, locking it in requires doing it right and embracing permanent changes. The people you hear about who gain all their weight back simply went back to their old ways of eating, thinking, feeling and living after their juice fast. Therein lies the problem.

Here is how and why juice fasting can get you started on your journey and lead you to permanent weight loss.  It is not just about your body, or your nutrition, or your habits  or your mind. It takes ALL of those elements, working together, to achieve permanent weight loss and juice fasting touches them all.

Juice fasting changes your BODY & PHYSICAL STATE.

  • Fasting gives your digestive system a mini vacation allowing it to rejuvenate.

  • It helps reduce inflammation, which is the root cause of all disease.
  • Fasting promotes better quality sleep.
  • It increases your motivation to move and exercise, further fueling fat loss, higher energy and healthy habits.
  • Juice fasting helps you slow down, rebalance and then it unleashes incredible energy!

  • Juicing gives you a deep sense of clarity.
  • Your new healthy identity takes shape when you fast.
  • Juice fasting shows you that you are worth it.
