    • Increasing circulation
  • The exfoliating properties also help to make you skin smooth and soft
Fade Stretch Marks
  • Refreshes your skin
  • Stimulates blood flow and circulation
  • MIX: coffee grounds and olive oil to form a paste. Massage onto area for 5 minutes, wrap the area in a towel and then allow to sit for 20 minutes. Wipe away with damp cloth. Repeat daily.

  • MIX: coffee grounds, egg (or coconut oil):
    • Apply mask to your face and let it sit for 15 minutes

  • Gently sloughs off dead skin cells
  • Helps freshen your skin, giving your a healthy glow
  • MIX: 4 tablespoons coconut oil, 6 tablespoons coffee grinds, a few drops essential oil of your choice:
    • Combine all ingredients
    • Store in an airtight container
    • To use: scoop out a bit of the mixture and gently rub onto your face in a circular motion
Soothing Eye Pads
  • Reduces puffiness
  • Diminishes the appearance of dark circles
  • Improves circulation and plumps up your skin
  • MIX: 2 tablespoons brewed coffee (hot) and 1 tablespoon gelatin. Pour onto parchment paper and allow to dry. Cut into pieces and place under eyes for 20 or so minutes.
