NOTE: If you live in a climate where it has snowed in the past few weeks, please forgive me for what I am about to say, but…

Here in sunny Southern California, we have been experiencing near-summer temperatures (in February)!

You know what that means? Sun’s out = guns and buns out. It’s time to soak up the sun!

It also means that it is time to slather on some sunscreen to protect that beautiful skin of yours. But of course we don’t want you reaching for those chemical-laden, toxic tubes of sunscreen!

Here are the benefits of Homemade Sunscreen, a chemical-free and all natural solution for protecting your skin:

Lavender Essential Oil
  • Has a calming scent that promotes relaxation (perfect for unwinding on the beach!)
  • Inhibits the generation of free-radicals caused by UVA/UVB radiation
  • Protects against various cancers
  • Reduces skin tumors
Pomegranate Oil
  • Contains powerful compounds that strengthen the upper layer of your skin
    • Increases your skin’s resistance to UV rays
Coconut Oil
  • Blocks UV rays so that they never actually reach your skin
  • Excellent antifungal and antibacterial properties that help protect your skin
Zinc Oxide
  • Offers broad-spectrum protection, shielding you from both:
    • UVB rays, which cause sunburn
    • UVA rays, which penetrate more deeply
      • May be more dangerous in terms of causing skin cancer
  • An essential mineral that your body needs for optimal function
  • The only active sunscreen ingredient approved by the FDA for infants under 6 months
Shea Butter
  • Concentrated with natural vitamins and fatty acids, making it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for your skin
  • Helps in your skin’s natural collagen production
  • Contains oleic, stearic, palmitic and linolenic acids that protect and nourish your skin to prevent drying

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
