How To Make Healthy Juice

Making your own fresh and healthy juice is quite simple when you follow these 3 general juicing guidelines:

1. Go ORGANIC It is more pricey, but vital in avoiding health-harming pesticides and chemicals.

2. Keep It VEGETABLE Based – A good ratio to follow is 80% veggies, 20% fruit (using too much fruit overruns your body with fructose, AKA sugar).

3. Diversify – Experiment with a variety of ingredients.
