Solution #1 – Green Tea Bags

All you need is 2 used green tea bags!

  1. First, soak them in a little water and let them sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Next, place an entire tea bag over each eyelid.
  3. This next step might be the toughest… lay back and RELAX. For at least 10-15 minutes! Do some hard-core meditation while you’re sitting there.
  4. Repeat twice daily until the dark bags disappear. 

Solution #2 – Raw Egg Whites and Organifi

All you need is raw egg whites and some Organifi!

  1. First, mix up the egg white and ½ tsp of organifi.
  2. Then with a brush, apply the mixture underneath your eyes. It should harden slightly.
  3. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes! Then rinse with COLD water. Voila!

Cut Back On Stress

Get Better Sleep

Did you know that more than 40% of Americans are walking around with less than the recommended amount of sleep?

You should be getting 7-9 solid hours of sleep every single night.

A key to getting the best sleep of your life (on a nightly basis) is the mineral magnesium and Vitamin D. These are both imperative to hormone regulation and getting a good night’s sleep!  

I take 1-2 tbsp of CALM every night. CALM is my favorite magnesium supplement. I just add this to a cup of hot water and sip like tea.


Anti-Stress Pro-Sleep Snooze Juice


  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 4 stalks celery
  • ½ bunch watercress
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-inch turmeric root 

Directions: Wash all produce then feed ingredients into juicer. Drink immediately.
