How To Get Everything You’ve Ever Wanted! Powerful Goal Setting!

Our mind and bodies are goal seeking machines. And for those who want to succeed, goal setting is an absolute must. But there is more to goal setting and getting everything you’ve ever wanted than just simply listing your goals. Without a clear mindset and goals, you cannot have clear direction on where you truly are headed in life.

So how do you get everything you have ever wanted in your life and more?

It all comes down to who you’re choosing to BE – every single day.

Start BEing Rather Than DOing

While this may seem backwards for a lot of people, you may have actually heard of this concept before. Maybe you have been living this way for quite a while, or maybe you think you are living this way, but for some reason, you are not attracting what you ultimately desire in your life.

What it comes down to is this: most humans are humans DOing, rather than humans BEing.

While most people do things to have things, to truly embrace your ultimate goal, you get to BE things. For instance, if you want to be successful in finance, rather than simply working to get money, you get to BE abundant. If you want to have a successful relationship, rather than working for love, you get to BE love. If you want to reach your health goals, rather than just fighting for them everyday, you get to BE empowered.

So, who do you get to BE? What state of being will help you get to where you want to go? 

In any journey, especially a health and weight loss journey, this tool can be super powerful, as you are mentally putting yourself in the mindset first. You don’t wait for your mindset to change as you work your butt of towards your goals, you get to start developing the mindset you want to have NOW so that your daily life can start reflecting the you that you want to become.

Your thoughts become things. When you tell yourself you are something, it begins to seep into your subconscious. When you tap into your subconscious motives, your reality starts to shift. But it takes BEING in that place from the start.

How Can You Start Making This Shift? 

To start becoming conscious of your ways of being and learning how to shift them, take note of the interactions you are having throughout the day. How does your way of being in all your daily interactions effect and dictate the perspective in which you see the world through and how things tend to work out for you? From there, you can decide where you want to shift and start to make the conscious decision to BE who you want to be.

To help further develop this concept, focus on a state of BEing you want to be and think about what that state of BEing may look like. For example, if inspiring is the way of BEing you choose, ask yourself, how does an inspiring person show up in every moment?

By becoming aware of your way of BEing, you declare how you get to show up in all the moments that transpire in your life. To make a true-life transformation, you get to BE the change.

When I started Fitlife.TV, I was out of shape, feeling lethargic every day and 40 pounds overweight. When I was just DOing things day in and day out, working through the motions, I had mediocre results. But when I started to set intentions and become conscious of my own state of BEing, I got to create solid affirmations within my lifestyle that manifested in my actions, choices and outcomes. This is where my real transformation began. My state of BEing was the very thing that was turning my mediocre results into REAL results.

I invite you to ask yourself what you are going to do today to bring you closer to your goals in your life? What is your state of BEing going to be? Who do you get to BE?

Then, take radical action. It could be as simple as setting your intentions and getting clear on the ways of BEing you are committed to.
