Then, acceptance follows. You have to accept who you are and come into terms with what you can show to this world. Your goals and ambitions should be bounded what you are, and not by what the society wants you to become. You don’t have to wear a mask to live up on someone else’s expectations. Be confident on who you are, your skills and your ability to look at your GOALS in a very optimistic way!
Here are some strategies that are helpful towards building self-confidence:

This is about surrounding yourself with people that you want to be like, those confident individuals who are always in the go to chase for their dreams in life. Visualize how they do it and slowly integrate it into your lifestyle. Until which, your subconscious will slowly act towards your favour and you will become one of them.
