When was the last time you took a moment to really think about all the good things that are going on in your life right now?
I know that you may be the type of person that collects negative circumstances and situations and stores them away in your mind. You think to yourself about the bad stuff that has happened over and over again and often times, you don’t think about all the great and wonderful things that you’re creating in your life.
I want to give you an exercise that you can do anytime anywhere that can radically transform your life. It is a visualization exercise that I learned from one of my own high performance coaches.
Trophy Room Visualization ExerciseImagine yourself walking up to a huge building. You push through the glass doors and walk straight inside until you find an elevator. You enter the elevator and push the button to go to the seventh floor.Up you go and soon the doors open and you step out into a room that is full of trophies and awards. You realize that this is your trophy room.
When you walk around, you begin to notice what each trophy is for. At the base of the trophies there are inscriptions of all the good things you’ve done or accomplished in your life.
Maybe it is…
GETTING A JOB.
GOING TO SCHOOL.
Or maybe more simple things like…
GOING TO THE GYM.
FINISHING AN ART PROJECT.
MAKING SOME GREEN JUICE.
DOING SOMETHING NICE FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR.
GETTING OUT OF BED.
Whatever your trophies say, they are all there for different positive things you have done in your life.
I really want you to make an effort to start remembering all the good things you’ve done. I want you to try this exercise and do your best to imagine it very clear and vivid. When you do this, the universe will open up and God will start giving you more and more positive experiences.
If you struggle with negative emotions like sadness, anger, frustration, or melancholy… use this exercise to catapult you out of the situation and into a much more positive mindset.
Challenge: Do this visualization exercise every day for a week. Even if it is just for five minutes.
At the end of the week, get back to me and let me know how you feel! Let me know if you see a difference in your day to day life and if you feel better and more confident. This exercise is part of building up a positive frequency and attracting more of it into your life.

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
