How Long You Should Nap For, According To Science

 Think naps are just for babies? Think again!

Power naps have the ability to improve performance, creativity, wakefulness and learning ability. This has been recently backed up by science!

The thing is, the science also shows that there’s also a way NOT to nap. As it turns out, it’s the duration that determines whether a nap is a power nap or an energy sap.  

The sweet spot is between 10 and 30 minutes, but NOT any longer! Studies have indicated that frequent naps that are longer than 30 minutes may lead to adverse health effects in the long run.
