How Juicing Made ME A Trophy Wife

The term “trophy wife” can have a bad stigma attached to it, but it doesn’t have to! In my opinion, trophy wives are women that are healthy, happy and vibrant, with loads of energy to play with her kiddos and still set aside some quality time with her husband on a regular basis. She’s fun-loving, charismatic, outgoing, content, laid back, ambitious, stylish, fit and sociable. A trophy wife can be whatever you want it to be! And I personally think being deemed as such is a huge compliment.

So what does juicing have to do with any of this?

By adding vital ingredients to your diet, such as whole fruits and vegetables, you can turbo boost your body into better health and be the best partner, parent, friend and child to the all of the important people in your life!

Juicing is an affordable, simple and convenient way to consume a large amount of nutrients in just one glass! Fresh juices are loaded with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phytonutrients, which can be enormously beneficial to your overall health and well-being.  

Seriously, who’s really getting in the recommended amount of fruits and veggies everyday, anyway? Confession: without juice, I probably wouldn’t be!

With juicing, the nutrients go into your bloodstream instantly, partly because the insoluble fiber has been removed. But don’t worry about losing that fiber, that’s where fresh soups, salads and smoothies come in handy, which are chock-full of fiber and other nutrients and are a great addition to your daily juice routine.

By adding fresh-pressed juices to your daily regimen, over time you will:

  • increase your energy levels
  • strengthen your immunity
  • be more likely to regulate and optimize your weight
  • have a glowing complexion
  • have healthier hair and nails
  • have less cravings for junk food
  • have better digestion
  • enjoy a more balanced mood
  • ….and help regulate your hormones!

Green Goddess
  • Handful of parsley
  • Handful of kale
  • Handful of spinach
  • Half a cucumber
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Apple
  • Booster: Spurlinia
  1. wash, chop (if necessary) and feed all ingredients into your juicer, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Go Green Go
  • Handful of Watercress
  • Handful of Romaine Lettuce
  • Handful of Kale
  • Handful of Mint
  • 2 Fennel Stalks
  • 1 Pear
  • Booster: Chlorella
  1. wash, chop (if necessary) and feed all ingredients into your juicer, pour into a glass and enjoy!

So if you want to spice up your life a little bit, feel better, look better and improve your energy for good, I’d say sipping on a delicious juice daily is the way to go! And like they say…Happy Wife, Happy Life 🙂
