How Juicing Can Make Menstrual Cramps A Thing Of The Past!

Menstrual cramps.

That says it all. If you’ve ever experienced cramps, there is no need to explain this. They can get so severe that even those of us who try to avoid medicine run to the cabinet praying for relief.

Menstrual cramps are basically contractions of your uterine muscles. During your period certain hormones called prostaglandins are released. Aloe Vera Juice With Honey

Aloe Vera is a fantastic plant that is known for its pain relieving properties. Used topically, it can help wounds and cuts. Used internally, it can also aid your digestion, relieve stomach issues and lower pain during menstruation. Adding honey to your juice helps with blood flow and lowers pain in your body.

Ingredients:

  • Undiluted Aloe Vera juice – 4 oz
  • Water – 4 oz
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

 

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients to make one 8-ounce glass of juice and enjoy. You can have this mixture once in the morning and once again in the evening.
