  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 strawberry
  • 3 drops lemon essential oil
  1. Mash the strawberry using a spoon or masher
  2. Mix the baking soda with the strawberry to form a paste
  3. Drop in the essential oil
  4. Apply mixture to toothbrush and brush your teeth for 2 minutes
  5. Rinse mouth and brush teeth with normal toothpaste
Use immediately after preparing the ingredients. The mixture can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Re-mix before each use.
