Christmas and the new year’s eve parties are over. Reality is setting in as you are going back to work, school and everyday life after the holidays. Life is hectic and you need something to get you energized in the morning. This high protein, healthy breakfast bar will help you.
This bar is healthy, full of nutrients, gluten-free, can be made vegan, high in protein, anti-inflammatory and will keep you satisfied for hours. It is great as breakfast on the go and is also an excellent snack option.
Benefits Of This Protein Breakfast Bar
All the nuts and seeds are high in plant-based protein. The chia and hemp seeds are high in anti-inflammatory omega-3. Sunflower seeds are excellent for cardiovascular health and provide protection against diabetes.
Goji berries are full of antioxidants and can help protect you against cancer, aid your immune system, are good for your skin, stabilize your blood sugar and protect your eyes.
Almond butter is good for your digestion, balances your blood sugar and is good for cardiovascular health.
Coconut oil and honey are both nature’s best medicines, being potent anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral foods.

High Protein Breakfast Bar
- Melt your coconut oil. Add honey and almond butter and mix well.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking pan and press the mixture down well with a spoon or with your hands.
- Put it into the fridge until it’s solid.
- Remove your tray and slice it into 6 – 8 bars.
- You can keep it in your fridge for about a week or you freezer for half a year.
