How To Make Probiotic Gummy Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk kefir
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Acai berry powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, heat the raspberries until they break down to create a sauce.

      • Use a spoon to further break apart larger pieces.

2. Add the acai, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir.

3. In a separate container, mix together the gelatin with the water (warm the water first to dissolve the gelatin).

      • Add to the raspberry mixture and stir.
      • Note: No NOT use hot water as it will destroy the probiotics in the kefir.

4. Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut kefir.

5. Pour the mixture in silicone candy molds and place in the fridge to set.

      • Alternative: Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper

6. Remove after an hour and ENJOY!

STORAGE: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
