Here is how YOU can turn that beautiful bouquet of kale into a sweet and satisfying smoothie (or juice!).

You will certainly find a healthy kale juice recipe you LOVE in one of these 5 fresh recipes. To make each juice, put all of the ingredients through a juicer:

Kale Juice Recipe Ingredients
Kale Fruit Juice
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 orange (rind removed)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon (rind removed)
  • ½ cucumber
Cucumber Kale Juice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 3 Swiss Chard leaves
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ lime (rind removed)
Kale Ginger Juice
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 2 kiwis (skin removed)
  • ½ cucumber
Simply Green Kale Juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 5 handfuls spinach
  • 3 celery stalk
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • ½ lemon (rind removed)
Kale Apple Ginger Juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • ½ cucumber


To make each smoothie, simply place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until all of the ingredients are well combined:

Kale Smoothie Recipe Ingredients
Kale-Pineapple Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup kale, chopped & stems removed
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup water (or more if needed)
Ginger-Kale Detox Smoothie
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • 2 cup kale, chopped & stems removed
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
  • Liquid stevia drops to taste
Pistachio-Kale Smoothie
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 1 cup kale, chopped & stems removed
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup water (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1+ cup of ice
Chocolate-Kale Smoothie
  • 6 large kale leaves, chopped & stems removed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate Organifi Complete Protein Powder
  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 banana, frozen & chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Cacao nibs for a topping
  • 3+ ice cubes
Strawberry-Banana-Kale Smoothie
  • ½ cup strawberries, frozen
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 2 cups kale, chopped & stems removed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Liquid stevia, to taste
Matcha-Peach-Kale Smoothie
  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted
  • 2 kale leaves, chopped & stems removed
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Ice
