Escape this crazy candy cycle by making your own homemade “candy” using natural ingredients that will give your body a health boost, all while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Health Benefits Of Coconut Candy Butter Buttons

Coconut Oil & Butter
  • Increases your energy:
    • Coconut oil is made up of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs)
      • Quickly absorbed by your body

How To Make Coconut Candy Butter Buttons

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¾ cup coconut butter **
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
    • Non vegan option: 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

**Make your own coconut butter by taking 2 cups of organic shredded coconut and processing it in a high speed blender for 15 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Instructions:

1. In a blender or mixer, mix together all of the ingredients.

2. Scoop the mixture into a sealable bag (or icing piping bag).

      • Note: if the mixture is melted, refrigerate for 10 minutes before making the buttons.

3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      • Cut a small portion of the corner off of the bag and squeeze the mixture out to make button sized candies.

4. Place the Coconut Candy Butter Buttons into the freezer to  harden.

    • Once hard, remove from the baking sheet and store in a glass container in the freezer or refrigerator.

  • Your favorite frozen fruit (banana, berries)
