Phil’s Famous Fat-Burnin’ Green Smoothie
Phil was an engineer that had been skinny his whole life. He had worked extremely hard to get himself up in weight over 3 years when he tore his ACL. After taking time off to recover, he found that he was right back where he started in weight, about 135 pounds, and was very disappointed. He decided that to gain muscle that would last, he would need to bring a new level of commitment to the gym and his nutrition.
Through his transformation, Phil was able to put on 15 pounds of shredded muscle in just 45 days! The key to his success was through proper motivation. He was able to stay motivated because he gave himself a very specific and attainable goal:

- 3 leaves of kale
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 2 cups of coconut milk
