21 Ways to Remove Warts FAST and Stop Them From Ever Coming Back

First off, let’s get clear about what a wart is. A wart is a small unsightly bump that usually shows up on your fingers, toes, knees and elbows.
The population that suffers the most from warts are usually kids and teenagers. I remember when I was around 14-16 years old, I had a new wart like every other week. I would go through the painful process of getting them burned off, but had no idea that there were so many natural and effective alternatives.
I had just one of the many types of warts that you can get. I suffered from a less common type of wart that appeared around my fingers and toenails called sub ungual and periungual warts.
Most people get the common type of wart that appears on your hands most often, but really can appear anywhere. Other types of warts that are still generally pretty common are genital warts that appear on or around your genitals and plantar warts that show up on the soles of your feet. Those two in particular can be very painful.

1. Stop Eating Trans Fats And Hydrogenated Oil
These foods have been shown to only increase inflammation and decrease your immune system – two things that are not helping your cause when your body is trying to clear up warts.
2. Limit Your Sugar
Again, an excess of sugar in your diet will reduce the effectiveness of your immune system and cause excess inflammation.
3. Limit Refined Grains And Flour
You want to stay away from these foods for the same reason you want to stay away from sugar. Refined grains and flour convert to sugar very quickly and cause inflammation.
4. Limit Gluten
Gluten can also cause an unbalanced immune system and excess inflammation.
5. Consume More Vitamin C
You can get your vitamin C from foods like oranges, bell peppers and strawberries, amongst many others. Vitamin C helps boost your immune system to support you in your fight against warts.
6. Consume Foods High In Zinc
Zinc is another awesome micronutrient for boosting your immune system. Grab some pumpkin seeds to get your fix.
7. Consume Foods High In Vitamin A
Vitamin A is going to give your immune system a boost as well. Look to the amazing nutrients in leafy greens for your daily dose.
8. Consume Foods High In Potassium
Foods rich in potassium are very helpful in promoting the cleansing of the cells in your body. Enjoy avocados or bananas, both of which are excellent sources.
9. Consume Foods High In Selenium
Selenium boosts your immune system by providing powerful antioxidants. Brazil nuts are a great source of selenium. You can also get a selenium supplement and consume 200 mcg daily.
10. Use Thuja
Thuja is a natural remedy with antiviral properties that can be very effective at getting rid of warts.
Dosage: 1 drop applied topically on the wart 2x daily.
11. Olive Leaf Extract
Olive leaf extract is a natural antiviral and antimicrobial.
Dosage: 500mg 2x daily topically.
Garlic has powerful antiviral properties that was shown in a recent study to get rid of 100% of warts!
Dosage: 1 drop 2x daily, topically.
Echinacea has gained a reputation as one of the most powerful immune boosters out there that’s great for fighting viruses.
Dosage: 300mg 2x daily internally.
For plantar warts specifically, you can combine the essential oil oregano with frankincense oil, mix it with some coconut oil and apply it to your wart and the surrounding area 2-3 times a day for as many weeks as it takes for the wart to go away. After the wart is gone, continue treatment for a week or so to make sure it doesn’t come back.
15. Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is shown to get rid of warts in as little as one week. Apply it to your warts at least twice a day.
16. Lemon Juice
Put some lemon juice on your wart twice a day to accelerate the process of getting rid of that pesky wart.
17. Apple Cider Vinegar
Soak a piece of cotton in apple cider vinegar and tape it to your wart in the morning and at night.
18. Aloe Vera
Once a week, break open a piece of aloe vera and liberally apply it to your wart.
Place the sap from the dandelion stem on your wart 2-3 times a day.
20. Fig Juice
Drop some fig juice on your wart 3 times a day until you start to see it go away.
21. Banana Peel
After getting your potassium fix from eating the banana, take the peel and rub it on your wart a few times a day. Keep the peel in the fridge when you’re not rubbing it on your wart.
My friend, I think I just gave you more ways to get rid of you or your loved one’s warts than you probably know what to do with. Look around the house to see what you already have and start there. The more of these tips and tricks you use, the faster you should see those warts disappear.
