Vaccines are an extremely controversial topic. The goal of this post is not to debate the safety or efficacy of vaccines, but to give a useful detoxifying method for cleansing one’s body of harmful ingredients after receiving shots.

Some people may not be aware that vaccines contain many questionable ingredients.

Ingredients found in vaccines:

  • Sucrose
  • Fructose
  • Dextrose
  • Potassium phosphate
  • Aluminum potassium sulfate
  • Peptone
  • Bovine extract
  • Formaldehyde
  • FD&C Yellow #6
  • Aluminum lake dye
  • Fetal bovine serum
  • Monosodium glutamate
  • Aluminum hydroxide
  • Benzethonium chloride
  • Lactose
  • Thimerosal
  • Ammonium sulfate
  • Calf serum
  • Aluminum phosphate
  • Aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate
  • Ethanol

 

Although most of these are in vaccines for one or more reasons (i.e. stabilizers, preservatives, adjuvants), many children and adults have complained of severe side effects due to these ingredients.

If you choose to vaccinate yourself or your children, consider using this detox bath soon after the shots are given to help minimize the potential negative side effects.

Detox Bath For Chemical And Heavy Metal Exposure

Ingredients:

 

Optional: To give it more of an anti-inflammatory kick, try adding ginger essential oil.

Directions:

  1. While filling tub with hot water, add all ingredients.
  2. Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes so your body can sweat, detox and absorb all of the nutrients.
  3. Rinse off with a cool shower (optional).
  4. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after your bath to aid in the detoxification process.

A few other ways to detox after receiving shots:

Probiotics. These help to restore the gut’s microbiome and balance the immune system.

Omega 3 Oil. Cod liver oil seems to be the superior choice, especially if your child regresses post-vaccines. Read this article for more information.

Elderberry. An excellent remedying herb and especially safe for children.

Conclusion

Maintaining a good diet full of whole foods and an active, low-stress lifestyle are also key to remaining healthy and strong post-vaccines.
