A lot of beauty products on today’s shelves are not made with this in mind. In fact, there are many ingredients in common products that are TOXIC to your system and can contribute to poor health and even disease.
It can be impossible to eliminate your exposure to toxins completely, but there are several common SAFE kitchen items that you can use to REPLACE products that may be harmful to your overall wellbeing.
