“Well… if it was juice… then I would like it.”

This is precisely what a 5 year old told me yesterday after taking a sip of her organic fruit flavored water.

At least her mom tried. Sigh.

The thing about bottled juice that has both kids and adults alike savoring every overly-sweet sip is that commercially bottled juices are full (and I mean PACKED) with refined sugar!

So much sugar that you can hardly call it a juice!
