Leo Babauta

It’s time to get your Zen on, folks. And Leo is just the man to help. Leo is “a regular guy” who just so happened to create one of the Top 25 Blogs and Top 50 websites in the world. Not only that, but with over a million monthly readers to his website, Zen Habits, is uncopyrighted. On Zen Habits, Leo teaches how to merge eastern philosophies and western self-help techniques to unclutter our lives and learn to enjoy the journey, instead of constantly focusing on a destination. Leo himself has experienced many personal transformations as he has moved from having a somewhat unorganized, complicated and less than healthy lifestyle to becoming focused, goal-oriented, fit, vegan, an early-riser and a minimalist. Now he operates three blogs, runs marathons, writes books and programs, earns his own income without a boss, supports his wife and six children and teaches other people how to find their own “Zen”.

Websites

Spirit Science

Spirit Science… the wildly popular website that brings together nature and the universe, science and spirit, male and female energy and our connection to it all as human beings. What started off as an animated video series by Jordan Pierce expanded to become a worldwide community of people searching for their own inner voice and creator as well as a sense of enlightenment. From chakras and energy to human history to indigo children, spirit science has it all. In short, their passion is teaching us that we are all connected; the sooner we realize that the sooner we can start changing the world. Some of us have already started! Be sure to check out their YouTube channel!

Higher Perspective

Higher Perspective has harnessed the power of the internet in order to create a community where people can focus on personal growth, connection and expansion. Their mission? “Connect. Reveal.Transcend.” They share the “big stories” happening in the world that might not be found in mainstream media. Also tips for health and wellness, science, spirituality, how to become self-reliant, how to connect with nature and much more. They even have a shop with hypster materials like tie-dye, barefoot sandals, hippie dresses, jewelry and more! For a daily renewal of perspective, follow their Facebook page.

Collective Evolution

“We aim to challenge the current status quo by shaking up how we currently think about the world.” Indeed, Collective Evolution is all about ACTION and thinking outside of the box. What does it really mean to be a human on planet earth? How can we live sustainably and maintain healthy lifestyles? How do we find balance? You can find all the answers to these questions on Collective Evolution along with information on alternative news, health, science and a “non-new-agey brand” of spirituality. Collective Evolution also creates documentaries, holds events and makes an effort to engage with the community one on one in order to inspire change. Elephant Journal

Elephant journal is all about the present. The right-now. The moment. They love sharing the “good life beyond the choir” and spreading the fire for yoga, organic food, sustainability, enlightened education, the arts, spirituality, adventure, family and conscious consumerism. Elephant Journal actually started off as a magazine 11 years ago, but decided to go “green” and move their content to be mostly online. They believe strongly in honesty and in living the mindful life. Elephant life is dedicated to bring people together to work (and play) to create an enlightened society. They have a passionate and talented crew that will keep you reading and waiting anxiously for the next post.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
