4 Tips To Help You Find Your Tribe

How do you find your tribe? How do you not feel alone? Maybe you feel alone right now. Maybe there is not a lot of people in your area where you live. Maybe there is not a lot of people that do what you do. Who are you when you are by yourself? How do you get clear on 3 things that you love to do? Where do you acquire similar people like you?

For me it’s the gym, nature and music. I know when I am in the state of doing these things, there is going to be like-minded people in there.

Raise Your Frequency

Raising your frequency is important to attract what you want: those people, relationships, perhaps romantic partnerships you are looking for.

To raise your frequency, it’s as simple as doing what you love. Often. Find joy in everything you do. Find love, peace, serenity.

Raising your frequency will attract the people who are meant to be in your tribe.

Schedule Frequency Breaks

Schedule into your calendar frequency breaks or frequency adjustments, such as going to the park, playing with your puppy or finding joy in other ways. 

Finding YOU

Attracting your tribe is really about finding yourself, the deepest and biggest version of who your are – and then BEing in that state often.

Once you are there, you can start attracting places, people, situations and circumstances into your life that are insane and amazing!

There are so many people who are full of love and light who will be there believing in you, holding and supporting you a year from now.

Visualize Your Tribe

Start seeing your tribe. Ask yourself some questions. Journal about it. What is this tribe asking you a year, 5, and 10 years from now. What does this tribe look like? Who are these people around you?

I did this at the beginning of FitLifeTV. It completely blew me away.
