TIP: To prepare your pomegranate… it is easier to separate the seeds from the rinds by:

  • Freezing the whole fruit – remove from freezer and take out the seeds
  • Place the pomegranate (cut in half) in a large bowl of water to work the seeds out of the rind. The seeds will sink and the rind floats making it easier to separate the two
