Green Juice In Blender Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 red apples
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 3 cups spinach
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
Instructions
  1. Wash all of the ingredients and chop them into pieces.
  2. Place the ingredients in a blender (or juicer if you have one!) and mix until well combined.
  3. Using a strainer over a wide mouth glass, pour the juice through the strainer to remove the pulp.
  4. Place the pulp back in the blender (or juicer) and mix again to release more juice (add a few tablespoons of filtered water if needed).
  5. Pour the mixture through the strainer again to remove the pulp.
  6. Press down on the pulp to release more juice.
