How To Make The Green Drink
- 7 cups spinach, chopped
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 ½ cups celery, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- ½ cup kale, stems removed
- ½ cup minced cilantro
- ½ cup minced parsley
- 1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cup filtered water
- Optional Add-ins:
- Chia seeds
- Turmeric
- Organifi Green Juice powder (contains matcha, wheatgrass, spirulina, moringa, chlorella and MORE!)
- Organic liquid stevia to sweeten
- Start by adding the spinach, romaine, kale and water in a high speed blender and process on low until mixed.
- Add the celery, apple, pear, cilantro and parsley and process on a higher speed until well blended.
- Lastly, add the banana and lemon juice and blend until the drink is smooth!
