How To Make Cauliflower Hummus
This creative creation is compliments of I Breathe I’m Hungry - well done!
  1. To prep: cook the cauliflower in boiling water with 3 garlic cloves and ½ teaspoon sea salt until softened. Drain and set aside.
  2. Put the cooked cauliflower mixture in a food processor and blend.
  3. Add the tahini paste, lemon juice and 2 raw garlic cloves, olive oil and ¾ teaspoon sea salt.
  4. Blend until smooth. Add more seasoning to reach desired taste.
  5. Scoop into a bowl to serve with your favorite chopped veggies (celery, carrots, radishes).
