Sesame Seed Cinnamon Milk

  1. Soak the sesame seeds with the salt for 8 hours or overnight then rinse and strain.
  2. Add your seeds, dates and water into your blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain it with a nut milk bag, cheesecloth or strainer. You can use the pulp in smoothies, baked goods, raw dishes or compost them.
  4. Add the cinnamon and vanilla.
  5. You can keep it in your fridge for 3 days.
