Pumpkin Seed Carrot Ginger Milk

  1. Soak the pumpkin seeds in water with the salt for about 8 hours or overnight then rinse and strain.
  2. Add everything to your blender. Blend well for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain through a nut milk bag, strainer or cheesecloth. You can use the remaining fiber in a smoothie or raw dish or compost it otherwise.
  4. You can keep the milk in your fridge for 3 days.
