Ultimate Unbaked Brownies
  1. Combine the dates, 6 tbsp cacao powder, walnut, 1.5 tsp vanilla, salt and water in your food processor.
  2. Process well until combined. Add more water if it seems to dry.
  3. Grab a baking pan and grease it or use parchment paper as a liner.
  4. Add your dough to the pan. Distribute it evenly and press it down with a spoon.
  5. In another bowl, mix ¼ cup cacao, vanilla extract, oil and maple syrup for a frosting-like paste.
  6. Spread your frosting evenly on the top of your dough.
  7. Chill your brownies in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  8. Cut it into 16 bars.
  9. Your brownies will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or up to 2 months in your freezer.
