Keto Avocado Pesto Kelp Noodles

  • Pesto
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • Noodles
  • 1 package of kelp noodles
Instructions
  1. Rinse the kelp noodles.
  2. Soak the noodles in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine all your pesto ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  4. Drain your noodles after soaking.
  5. Add ¼ cup of pesto per one bag of noodles.
  6. Mix well.
  7. If you want, mix in some veggies, such as broccoli, pepper or sliced carrots. You may add some sliced olives too.
