How To Make Baked Banana Chips
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  1. Place the sliced bananas in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice until evenly coated.
  2. On a baking sheet, place the banana chips in an even layer.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours.
  4. Flip chips over.
  5. Bake for another 1.5 hours.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool and then place them in a container with a lid to store.
