How To Make Overnight Quinoa
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Your favorite fruits: berries, banana, apples…
Instructions
  1. In a glass jar with a lid, mix ALL of the ingredients together.
  2. Stir well and place the lid on the jar.
  3. Put the jar in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  4. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and place some of your favorite fruits on top!
