How To Make Breakfast Popsicles
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • ΒΌ cup almonds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
  3. Pop out a popsicle each morning for a healthy start to your day!
