How To Make Kale Flakes
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of kale (stems removed)
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Tear kale leaves into pieces and place on baking tray in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the kale is crunchy and crispy.
  5. Allow kale to cool and then crumble it into small flakes using your hands.
  6. OR use a blender/food processor to break them up.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Use within a week!
