  1. Cut your potatoes into halves.
  2. Slice them with your mandoline or slice them into very thin slices with a knife.
  3. Put them into a bowl of water. Wash them well.
  4. Pat dry them with a towel.
  5. Add spices:
  6. Dill pickle potato chips: lay your potato slices in a bowl or on a plate and spray the dill pickle sauce over them, then sprinkle with ½ tsp of dried dill, ¼ tsp of garlic powder and salt as desired.
  7. Barbecue potato chips: lay your potato slices in a bowl or on a plate, spray some vinegar over them, mix 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder and 1 tsp coconut sugar together then sprinkle it over your potatoes.
  8. Salty potato chips: lay your potato slices in a bowl or on a plate, spray some vinegar over them, then add salt as desired.
  9. Ginger potato chips: lay your potato slices in a bowl or on a plate, spray some vinegar over them, add ½ tsp of lime juice over them, sprinkle with ¼ tsp of ginger, ¼ tsp chili powder and even ¼ tsp of turmeric as a bonus.
  10. Vegan cheesy potato chips: lay your potato slices in a bowl or on a plate, spray some vinegar over them, add salt as desired, sprinkle with 1 tsp of nutritional yeast.

  12. Cook it in an air frier at 390 degrees F tossing at every 5 minutes, or in an oven at 400 degrees F flipping at every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crunchy.
