How To Make A Green Tea Mango Smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups brewed green tea, chilled
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango, cubed
  • 2 bananas, frozen and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tspturmeric
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Push down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined, smooth and creamy.
