Turmeric Lemonade
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Add more to preferred taste (about 2-3 lemons)
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp liquid stevia
  • Pinch of black pepper (to enhance benefits of turmeric)
  1. Pour all ingredients in a blender and process on high speed for 1 minutes (until ice is crushed and blended).
  2. Let rest for 30 seconds and then pour it into your favorite glass.
  3. Add more ice if preferred.
