Fried Chickpeas
  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of each:
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic
  • Smoked paprika
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  1. Over medium low heat, melt the coconut oil in a large frying pan.
  2. Remove any excess moisture on the chickpeas by drying them with a paper towel.
  3. Add the chickpeas and spices to the pan.
  4. Turn the heat up to medium.
  5. Fry for 10-12 minutes or until desired crispiness.
