Herb-Infused Compound Butter
  • 1 stick of grass-fed butter (about ½ cup)
  • soften to room temperature
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves (chop finely)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chop finely)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (chop finely)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced finely)
  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and use a fork to mix.
  2. All herbs should be evenly mixed throughout butter.
  3. Place the butter mixture on a piece of parchment or wax paper and form it into a roll (or you can use your hands to make a ball if desired).
  4. Place the butter into the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight).
