Cinnamon And Anise Chocolate Milk
 
 
Anything with cinnamon, anise and chocolate I can truly get behind, so you can imagine when I came across this recipe, I was immediately sold. Better yet, it helps reduce blood pressure, control your blood sugar levels, is antibacterial and is just plain delicious.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice (I enjoy coconut milk)
  • ¼ - ½ (or more) of pure cacao or pure ⅓ raw pure dark chocolate (if you use chocolate, melt it)
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground star anise
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender
  2. Put everything in pan and heat all the way through
  3. Pour and enjoy!
