Recipe 1: Turmeric Milk
This is a great way to help soothe you before going to bed. Trust me, it’s awesome!
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (almond is okay)
  • ¼ - ½ tsp of turmeric powder (you can have it juiced or a tincture will work too)
  • 1-2 pinches of fresh ground black pepper
  • Coconut oil (optional)
  1. If you choose to add coconut oil, melt the oil in a pan on very low heat and add the turmeric and black pepper, slowly stir in the turmeric and black pepper and activate the curcumin for increased absorption.
  2. Add in the milk and heat all the way through before drinking.
