DIY Electrolyte Drink
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups of coconut water
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (alternative: lemon juice)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
  1. In a glass jar or bottle, mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Store in the refrigerator .
  3. Will keep for up to a week.
