Gluten-Free Quinoa Bread
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt, pepper, spices, herbs - as desired, get creative
  1. Add 1 cup of raw quinoa to 1 cup of water and soak overnight.
  2. The next day when ready preheat your oven at 425F.
  3. Blend your quinoa-water mixture in a food process until a batter like consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour your batter onto a pan (covered with parchment paper or greased with coconut oil). Spread well with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and any other herbs and spices you desire. You can even add a few olives or sliced pepper to it.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip it over and bake for another 5-10 minutes until it’s golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove it from your oven and let it cool.
