How To Make Personalized Nut Butter
  • 2 cups raw, unsalted nuts or seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 - 2 tbsp oi
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spread the nuts or seeds on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast until fragrant and golden (about 10 minutes), stir midway.
  4. Note: Watch closely because nuts and seeds can turn from toasted to burnt quickly).
  5. Place nuts/seeds into a food processor or blender and process for 3-4 minutes until butter begins to form.
  6. Scrape down sides as needed.
  7. Add salt and oil and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
  8. Add additional oil if needed to create a smooth texture.
