Probiotic Face Mask
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of plain, full fat organic yogurt
  • 1 capsule of probiotics
  • Extras:
  • For oily skin: ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • For dry skin: 1 teaspoon coconut or olive oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Gently apply the mixture to your face with clean fingers, using small circles.
  3. Leave on for:
  4. minutes for a more moisturizing effect
  5. minutes for a deep cleansing effect
  6. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
