Guilt-Free Beet Snack
 
 
No recipe menu is complete without a guilt-free snack recipe. Here is a recipe I know you will love!
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of large beets (all colors you can find)
  • Coconut oil melted
  • Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Thinly slice beets. If you have a mandolin, it's helpful.
  2. Place in a large bowl and coat with coconut oil.
  3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place beets evenly on the paper.
  4. Stack the trays (this keeps the beets flat).
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Rotate the trays and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
*** Store the leftovers in an airtight container.
