Seaweed Salad
 
 
Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • ¾ ounce dried wakame or dulse seaweed (whole or cut)
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp stevia to taste
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Soak seaweed until slightly firm.
  2. Drain, rinse and squeeze excess water.
  3. Cut seaweed into ½ inch strips.
  4. Stir together all ingredients and then add in seaweed. Combine well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
